Event Record Battery Management System For Lithium Ion Batteries

Product Description:

The RBMS-S23-50A-350(307.2V) is a versatile device that can support multiple RBMS(Master BMS) in parallel. The system is based on a two-wire system and features a 3-inch display screen. Its voltage level is 350V, and it has a maximum current of 50A. The rated voltage is 307.2V, providing all the power you need.

RBMS is available in two voltage levels. The 350V operating voltage range is between 120-350VDC, while the 500V operating voltage range is between 260-500VDC. Considering lithium iron phosphate as an example, you can calculate the actual rated voltage of the system as below:

  • Eg 1: 16 cells connected in series for a module, 6 sets of 15S battery modules in series. System rated voltage: 6*16*3.2=307.2V
  • Eg 2: 24 cells connected in series for a module, 4 sets of 24S battery modules in series. System rated voltage: 4*24*3.2=307.2VEvent Record Battery Management System For Lithium Ion Batteries 0Event Record Battery Management System For Lithium Ion Batteries 1Event Record Battery Management System For Lithium Ion Batteries 2Event Record Battery Management System For Lithium Ion Batteries 3Event Record Battery Management System For Lithium Ion Batteries 4Event Record Battery Management System For Lithium Ion Batteries 5

Features:

Advanced Battery Management System

The highly integrated battery management system allows for seamless monitoring. With perfect self-checking and running status checking functions and an HMI display screen, system running information is clear at a glance. The system also includes complete and reliable control and protection strategies, comprehensively ensuring battery safety and extending the life of battery packs.

The modular design is configurable and expandable, with multiple energy storage units that can be flexibly combined and expanded into a larger energy storage system. Additionally, abundant communication interfaces are available, including multiple RS485, CAN, Ethernet, dry contact input and output interfaces, supporting communication with most PCS and monitoring servers on the market. The communication interface protocol is flexible, with a factory communication protocol included that can be adapted to the PCS of different manufacturers according to customer needs.

The built-in large-capacity memory chip can store a large amount of key operating data, and an SD card can be added to realize battery historical data storage. Lastly, the system includes automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control, allowing for easy parallel connection of battery packs.

Applications:

Photovoltaic Power Station Energy Storage

Photovoltaic power station energy storage is an innovative technology that allows energy generated from solar panels to be stored for later use. This technology is being increasingly used around the world as a sustainable way to generate and store electricity, reducing our dependence on non-renewable energy sources. By storing excess energy generated during peak sunlight hours, photovoltaic power station energy storage ensures energy availability even during low or no sunlight conditions.

Island Off-Grid Energy Storage

Island off-grid energy storage refers to the use of energy storage systems on islands or remote off-grid locations to provide electricity. Energy storage systems are particularly useful for island communities that rely on expensive and polluting sources of electricity, such as diesel generators. By storing excess energy generated from renewable sources like solar and wind, energy storage systems ensure the availability of electricity even during low or no renewable energy generation.

Home ESS

Home ESS, or home energy storage systems, are becoming increasingly popular as individuals and households seek to reduce their carbon footprint and energy bills. By storing excess energy generated from solar panels or wind turbines, home ESS allows homeowners to use their own stored energy during high electricity usage periods instead of relying on grid power.

Micro-grid

Micro-grids are small-scale power grids that are used to provide electricity to remote or off-grid communities. Micro-grids can run off a variety of energy sources including solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources. By using energy storage systems and micro-grids, communities can become self-sufficient and reduce their dependence on non-renewable energy sources.

UPS Power Supply

An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is a battery backup power system that provides power in the event of an outage or other power interruption. UPS power supplies are commonly used in computer systems, data centers, and other critical systems that require uninterrupted power supply.

Power System 220V DC Power Supply

A 220V DC power supply is a power system that provides direct current (DC) at a voltage of 220 volts. This type of power supply is commonly used in industrial and commercial applications where high voltage DC power is required. Examples of applications that require 220V DC power include electric vehicles (EV) charging stations and telecommunications equipment.
