The GCE high-voltage BMS master control box is an advanced battery management system designed for large-scale high-voltage battery energy storage systems and UPS applications. It has a unique distributed architecture and modular design concept which makes it highly configurable and greatly simplifies the assembly, debugging, and maintenance processes. This system is suitable for energy storage systems with DC voltage below 1000V.
Advanced Battery Management System - This highly integrated system ensures seamless monitoring of batteries.
It offers comprehensive self-testing and detection of operational status, with a user-friendly interface that provides instant access to system information. The system also implements reliable control and protection strategies to ensure battery safety and prolong battery life.
With a modular design, the system is configurable and scalable, allowing for flexible combinations of multiple energy storage units to create larger energy storage systems. It can support a maximum of 272 battery series (400 lead-carbon batteries). The system supports various communication interfaces such as RS485, CAN, Ethernet, dry contact input, and output interfaces, making it compatible with most PCS and monitoring servers in the market.
Moreover, the system provides a flexible communication interface protocol. It comes with its communication protocol but can also be customized to work with PCS from different manufacturers based on customer requirements.
Additionally, the system has ample capacity to meet demanding needs. It includes built-in large-capacity memory chips for storing extensive operational data and an SD card for offline access.
Furthermore, the PCS features a protocol control function and offers a choice between a circuit breaker version and a contactor + breaker version for users who prefer not to use the protocol control function.
The system simplifies battery parallelization with automatic circulation control and offline control for parallel machines (Model suffix selection D).
